Ailsa McGregor

Non Executive Board Member

I am pleased to be working with i2a. I have over 20 years’ experience as a senior HR and project manager. This has primarily been in the education sector including supporting people returning to work.

The work being done by i2a is truly life changing and I am excited to be a part of this.

Helen Lacey

Non Executive Board Member

Running and owning a recruitment agency for over 10 years I feel that I can contribute with understanding small business growth in a competitive market.

This is such a worthy organisation, what i2a do is inspiring and I am proud to be part of the team.

Ralph Facey

Executive Director Strategic Partnerships & Projects

I am delighted to be given the opportunity to work with i2a. Supporting people to secure training, apprentices or a job along side the work that Radian Group do to help them secure a home, makes a perfect partnership in terms of giving people sustainable opportunities within their lives.
